1Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and e8e8 ("e8e8", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at https://e8e8.io ("Platform"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of all products, services, features, and content available on the Platform.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or wager, accessing any game, or otherwise using the Platform in any capacity, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

2Eligibility

• You have not previously been excluded from e8e8 or any affiliated platform, whether voluntarily through a self-exclusion request or involuntarily through account suspension or termination.
• You are not suffering from a gambling addiction or problem gambling condition at the time of registration.
• You are of sound mind and acting of your own free will.

e8e8 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend an account, or close an account at any time if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player does not meet or has ceased to meet these eligibility requirements. e8e8 shall not be liable for any losses incurred by a player who misrepresents their eligibility status.

3Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on the e8e8 Platform. Opening or attempting to open multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same email address, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or the same identity — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process and at all subsequent points when e8e8 requests updated information. You are responsible for keeping your account information current. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any funds held in the account pending investigation.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

e8e8 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with anti-money laundering best practices. We may request the following documentation at any time, including prior to processing any withdrawal:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within three months).
• Proof of ownership of payment methods used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of bKash or Nagad account details matching your registered name).
• Source of funds documentation where transactions exceed certain thresholds.

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until the verification process is complete.

3.4 Account Credentials

4Deposits & Withdrawals

4.2 Currency

All player accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All deposits, withdrawals, wagers, bonuses, and winnings are expressed in BDT. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified in the cashier section of the Platform and may change from time to time.

4.3 Processing Times

• Deposits: bKash and Nagad deposits are credited to your e8e8 wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals: Mobile banking withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are processed within 2–6 hours after approval. Bank transfers are processed within 24 hours of approval.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method that was previously used for a deposit, unless otherwise approved by our compliance team.

• In cases where fraud or suspicious activity is suspected, withdrawal processing may be paused pending investigation.

5Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as indicated) must be wagered before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement of ৳1,000 requires ৳30,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal eligibility is met. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

e8e8 operates zero tolerance for bonus abuse. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; placing opposing bets (hedging) to reduce risk while progressing through wagering requirements; exploiting errors or technical faults in bonus crediting systems; and coordinating with other players to abuse bonus offers. Any player found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their account suspended and all bonus funds and associated winnings forfeited.

5.4 Modification and Cancellation

e8e8 reserves the right to modify the terms of any ongoing promotion, or to cancel a promotion entirely, at any time with or without notice. Where a promotion is cancelled, any bonus funds not yet subject to a completed wager will be removed from the player's account. Players may opt out of any promotion at any time by contacting support.

6Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Acceptance of Bets

e8e8 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where a market has been suspended, an error in the odds has occurred, or suspicious betting patterns have been detected. Bets are only confirmed once a bet reference number has been issued by the Platform.

6.2 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or obvious pricing error that results in odds or payouts that are materially incorrect, e8e8 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the original stake. This applies to all product categories including sports betting, live casino, slots, and specialty games. e8e8's decision on such matters is final.

6.3 Cricket and Sports Betting Specific Rules

• All sports bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCCI, BPL organisers). e8e8 will not consider unofficial sources.
• In-play bets are subject to the odds available at the precise moment the bet is submitted, not the odds displayed prior to submission.
• If a match is abandoned, postponed, or rescheduled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules for that market as published on the Platform.
• BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international Bangladesh fixtures are covered under standard cricket betting rules unless market-specific rules are published to the contrary.

6.4 Casino and Slot Games

7Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the e8e8 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds subject to investigation:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, crawlers, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games, or exploit Platform features.

8Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by e8e8

e8e8 may suspend or restrict your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that: you have violated these Terms; your account is subject to fraud, money laundering, or chargebacks; you have misrepresented your identity or eligibility; or your account requires investigation for any other reason. During a suspension, access to your account balance and withdrawal functions may be restricted pending the outcome of the investigation.

8.2 Closure by the Player

You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending bets will be settled and remaining balance (minus any non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to identity verification requirements.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period. 11Limitation of Liability

Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant arbitral institution.
